FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE HALF YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2021

The Board of Directors ofThe Searle Company Limited at its meeting held on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 12:00 Noon at Karachi has approved the half yearly financial statements of the company for the period ended December 31, 2021 and recommended the following:

(ii) BONUS SHARES                                     NIL

(iii) RIGHT SHARES                                     NIL

(iv) ANY OTHER ENTITLEMENT/ CORPORATE ACTION     NONE
