The Board of Directors of our Company in their meeting held on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 12:30 P.M. at Plot No. 23, Sector 19, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, the registered office of the Company, considered the financial results of the Company for the half year ended December 31, 2021 and recommended the following:

(ii) Bonus Shares Nil

(iii) Right Shares Nil
