The Board of Directors of our company in their meeting held on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in GSK Pakistan Limited, Sykes Building, 35 - Dockyard Road, West Wharf, Karachi, recommended the following:
(i) CASH DIVIDEND NIL
The financial statements for the half year ended June 30, 2022 of the Company will be transmitted through PUCARS in stipulated time.
