Financial Results For The Year Ended November 30, 2021
The Board of Directors of our Company in their meeting held on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 03:30 p.m. at 12, Dockyard Road, West Wharf, Karachi recommended the following:
CASH DIVIDEND
A Final Cash Dividend for the year ended November 30, 2021 at Rs. 50 per share i.e._50 % .
This is in addition to Interim Dividend(s) already paid at Rs. NIL per share i.e. NIL %.
The above entitlement will be paid to the shareholders whose names will appear in the Register of Members on March 21, 2022
The financial results of the Company are as follows:
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on March 28, 2022, at 11:00 am, at the Council Hall, Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OICCI), Chamber of Commerce Building, Talpur Road, Karachi.
The Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, March 22, 2022, to Wednesday, March 28, 2022 (both days inclusive). Transfers received in order at the office of the Company's Share Registrar at THK Associates (Private) Limited, Plot No. 32-C, Jami Commercial Street-2, D.H.A., Phase VII, Karachi, Pakistan, by close of business on March 21, 2022, will be treated in time for the purpose of above entitlement to the transferees.
The Annual Report of the Company for the year ended November 30, 2021, will be transmitted through PUCARS separately, within the specified time
