v) ANY OTHER PRICE SENSITIVE INFORMATION : NIL
The financial results of the Company are attached as Annexure- A and Disclosure Form in terms or Section 96 of the Securities Act 2015 in relation to ins ide infom1ation is attached as Annexure- B.
The half yearly report of the Company for the period ended December 31, 2021 wi11 be transmitted through PUCARS separately within the specified time.
