The Board of Directors of our company in their Meeting held on today , February 22, 2022 at 10:30 a.m., recommended the following:
(i) Cash Dividend (Interim) Nil
(ii) Bonus Shares Nil
(iii) Right Shares Nil
The financial results of the Company are enclosed herewith.
The half-year Accounts of the Company will be transmitted through PUCA RS to the Exchange within 60 days of the close of the Quarter. These accounts can also be viewed at our website www.otsuka.pk.
