February 2022 at Company Head Office, Fauji Towers , 68 Tipu Road, Chaklala, Rawalpindi at 1100 hours to approve Half Yearly Accounts for the period ended 3l51 December  2021. Relevant details are as under: ­

2. The above Interim Cash Dividend will be paid to the share holders whose names will appear in the         Register of Members on N/ A.

3. The Half Yearly Report of Company for the period ended 31 December 2021 will be transmit ted             through PUCARS separately, within the specified time.

4. Condensed Interim Statement of Profit & Loss and Statement of Changes in Equity for  the six                 months period ended 3l51 December 20 21 are attached with this letter.
